We have an opportunity to join the team at Beech House Veterinary Centre in the new role of Customer Service Manager (recently voted one of the top 25 vets in the UK).   This is an excellent opportunity to manage and coach our front of house team to ensure that we provide excellent customer care to our clients in this expanding practice. 

The role will require previous line management experience and a passion for leading by example and delivering gold standard customer care.  In return we offer a busy but fun working environment with a real opportunity to influence change. 

This is a full-time role based on working 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday between a start time of 8:00 am and a finish time of 7:30 pm (7.5 hour days either early shift, mid-day shift or late shift on a rota).  There is also a requirement to work 1:4 weekends Saturday and Sunday (8 hours), which is taken back as Time Off In Lieu.  Candidates will also be required to work on Bank Holidays as part of a rota (maximum of 1 to 2 days per year).
