    Dr Amy Sutton

    Clinical Director/Veterinary Surgeon

    BVSc Cert AVP MRCVS

    After graduating from Liverpool Vet School in 2006, Amy worked at various mixed, small animal, charity and referral practices. She joined us in 2017, and has helped us move into great new premises and grow our emergency and out of hours service. She holds a certificate in advanced veterinary practice, and has a keen interest in soft tissue and orthopaedic surgery. Outside of work, she is kept busy with her three children and pets.

    Claire qualified as a registered veterinary nurse in 1999, after which she worked at a mixed practice in Shropshire. She joined us in 2002 and spent 15 years as our head nurse, a role which she thoroughly enjoyed, before becoming our practice manager. Outside of work, she loves spending quality time with her husband and daughter and planning family holidays.

    Sarah Cunningham

    Sarah began her veterinary nursing career in Staffordshire, and has been with Willows Vet Group since 1991. She became our head nurse in 2004, and progressed to practice manager in 2018. She loves supporting Beech House and the wider Willows team, and spends much of her free time holidaying, doing craft activities and walking her dog, Kenny.

    Dr Morgan O’Mahony-Parkin

    Senior Veterinary Surgeon

    BVSc MRCVS

    Morgan qualified from the University of Liverpool in 2018 and enjoys all aspects of small animal veterinary practice.

    She has a particular interest in surgery, and is currently studying towards a Certificate in Advanced Veterinary Practice in Small Animal Surgery.
    Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors walking with her two golden retrievers, Gilbert and Gertrude.

    Debbie will be a familiar face to many, as she has been with Willows Vet Group for a number of years. She spends much of her time consulting, which has allowed her to build great relationships with many of our clients and their pets. When she’s not working, she enjoys taking her dogs, Nellie and Jed, for long walks in the country.

    Hannah graduated from the University of Edinburgh and has since completed an internal medicine certificate to become an advanced practitioner. She loves meeting clients and caring for the pets of Warrington. Her clinical passions include endocrinology, gastroenterology, ultrasonography and emergency medicine. She puts her skills to good use to help sick patients in the hospital.

    When not at work,  Hannah enjoys playing netball and getting into the outdoors with her family. Her menagerie is completed with a golden cocker spaniel called Amber, a black and white cat called Dottie and two guinea pigs called Poppy and Pumba. If she was allowed, she’d have more!

    Dr Daylene Ananthan – Stephens

    Daylene graduated from the University of Pretoria in South Africa in 2021, and spent a year working as a mixed practice vet before moving to the UK. She has a special interest in surgery and loves educating pet owners. Despite missing the sunshine and people from back home, she is really settling into the English lifestyle and enjoys long walks, days out shopping and travelling. She is also the proud owner of a dog called Saint.

    Jack qualified from the University of Nottingham in 2021.
    After completing the Willows Vet Group new graduate scheme in 2022, he started at our partner branch in Lymm before joining the Beech House team in 2024.
    Jack enjoys all aspects of first opinion practice, particularly ultrasound and x-ray techniques.
    Away from work, Jack enjoys playing rugby, photography and exploring the countryside with his partner and son
    At home, Jack has a Labrador named Ivy and a cat named Daphne who he rehomed from our practice.

    Sarah graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2021.  She enjoys all aspects of small animal practice, with a particular interest in internal medicine and is currently completing a postgraduate certificate in this field.
    Sarah has a cocker spaniel called Rafa and enjoys taking him on adventures outside of work.

    Alison graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in 2009 and has been with Willows Vet Group since 2017, having spent time at the Laurels before joining our out of hours team. She loves the varied and rewarding nature of out of hours work, and is currently working towards a general practitioner certificate in emergency medicine and critical care. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring the outdoors with her family and dog.

    Laura graduated from Liverpool University in 2016, after which she worked at a small animal clinic in Nantwich and as an emergency vet at Vets Now. She is part of our fantastic team of night vets, and loves the variety and fast paced nature of emergency work.  She is currently studying an Advanced Certificate in Emergency and Critical Care at the University of Liverpool, and in her spare time, she enjoys going for walks in Delamere Forest with her family.

She has been our head nurse since 2022 and is also a clinical coach, supporting veterinary nursing students within the Willows. She has a particular interest in inpatient care and medical cases, and loves spending time with her family, friends and dog.

    Leah started at Beech House in 2019 as an Student Veterinary Nurse and qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse in December 2022.
    She enjoys all aspects of her job, especially treating emergency cases, and she is currently completing a certificate Emergency Critical Care. Leah previosuy worked nights, and she finds caring for inpatients extremely rewarding
    Outside of work Leah enjoys fitness, spending time with family and walks with her dog Margot, who she rescued from the practice.
    Leah also has 2 rescue cats named Toby and Pip.

    Abbie started her veterinary career in 2017 as an Animal Care Assistant, she qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse in 2023 and joined the team at Beech House in January 2026.
    Abbie has a keen interest in animal behavior but enjoys all aspects of nursing.
    Outside of work Abbie enjoys spending time with her family, and walking her dogs Maverick and Romeo.

    Kate joined us in 2019, and qualified as a registered veterinary nurse two years later. She has a passion for surgery, and having completed a CPD course in schedule-three surgery (surgery nurses can legally undertake), she is confident performing minor surgeries such as stitch-ups and some lump removals. In her own time, she enjoys travelling, camping and taking care of her own pets.

    Evelyne began working for Beech House in 2021 as an Animal Care Assistant, and later progressed to a Student Veterinary Nurse.

    Evelyne completed her training and qualified as an RVN in early 2024. Before this her background was in equine, shes also completed an equine science degree.

    Evelyne enjoys all areas of veterinary nursing, but especially has an interest in anaesthesia.

    Outside of work, Evelyne spends most of her time with her horse and Labrador.

    Lois has always wanted to work with animals, and qualified as a registered veterinary nurse (her dream job) in 2022. She enjoys nurse consults, as she gets to chat to our clients and advise them on a variety of pet care topics. She has a dog called Joey, and loves to unwind by grabbing a coffee and relaxing at home in front of the fire.

    Khira started her veterinary career in 2021 at our Lymm branch, where she completed her training.
    She qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse in October 2025 and joined Beech House shortly after.
    Khira enjoys caring for inpatients, as she finds it extremely rewarding to nurse a patient back to health. She also has a particular interest in cat friendly care.
    Outside of work, Khira enjoys socialising with friends, hiking and travelling. At home, Khira has a tabby cat named Effie.

    Zoe qualified from Middlesex university in 2015, and has worked in a mixture of first opinion and university teaching hospitals during her career.

    She absolutely loves travelling, and volunteering for veterinary charities abroad. She has volunteered in Grenada, Sri Lanka and the Cook Islands, and loves being able to help animals in need in other countries too!

    In her spare time, apart from holidays, Zoe loves hiking in wales, yoga on the beach and reading.

    She sadly has no pets at the moment, but would love to be able to rescue another furry friend in the near future 🐾

    Michaela joined us as a receptionist in 2015, before going on to qualify as a registered veterinary nurse four years later. She now works as part of our night team, which has allowed her to pursue her passion for emergency medicine and critical care. Outside of work, she is a busy mum of two boys and hopes to get a pet of her own one day.

    Marcala qualified 2009 at Myerscough College with an FdSc in Veterinary Nursing. She has worked in numerous practices throughout the northwest including referral. Marcala enjoys all aspects of nursing and learning new techniques.

    In her spare time, she enjoys walking, socialising, spending time with her family, including her cat ‘Dennis the Menace’, and her chickens.

    Reba joined our team in 2023, and loves inpatient care and nurse consultations, where she gets to meet our lovely clients and their pets. In her spare time, she volunteers for Warrington Animal Welfare, where she helps organise fundraising events. She has three rabbits and two dogs of her own, and is a keen fosterer, helping pets find forever homes.

    Chloe began working at Beech House in 2022 as an Animal Care Assistant, and is currently a Student Veterinary Nurse, due to qualify this year. She has a real passion for inpatient care and looking after patients during recovery from surgery.

    Chloe love being hands-on and making sure every animal feels safe, comfortable and well cared for while they’re with us.

    Outside of work, Chloe enjoys walking her Patterdale cross and keeping active at the gym.

    Ebonie began her university nursing placement in 2025, and is due to qualify in 2027. She has a strong interest in inpatient care, consulting and is keen to continue developing her clinical skills in these areas.
    Outside of work, Ebonie enjoys drawing, and spending time with her dog Laydi, the Shi-Tzu.

    Clara joined our team in 2023, and was inspired to pursue a career as part of a vet-led team after seeing how well looked after her own dog was at the vets. She hopes to give other pets and pet owners access to the same high levels of care. In her spare time, she enjoys going on walks (often with her friends’ dogs) and having cosy film nights at home.

    Ellie loves that no two days are the same, she has a particular interest in inpatient care.
    Outside of work, Ellie enjoys long walks with her dog Brian. She also has 2 cats named Arnold and Henry.

    Libby began working for Beech House in 2025, after working in equine previously. Libby is UKCC qualified showjumping coach, and has managed competition yards previously.
    Libby has had pets her whole life. She currently has 2 cats named Mocha and Malteaser and a Sharpei named named Kodi.

    Charlotte recently graduated from the University of Nottingham with a postgraduate degree in Veterinary Physiotherapy.  She has a keen interest in inpatient care and rehabilitation.  In her spare time she is a historical reenactor, educating the public at events across the country.  She is also a crazy cat lady at heart, she has 3 cats named Alice, Jasper and Toby.

    Jo has been with Willows since 2008 and is our in-house Stock Controller and Pharmacy Dispenser. She qualified as a Veterinary Pharmacy Manager in 2023, and she also holds a Competent Dispenser Award.
    Jo loves the variation of her working day and is always up for a challenge when it comes to dispensing all the different sorts of medications. She has an active interest in new pharmaceutical advancements, and new product development.
    At home Jo has 2 mature cats, Cleo and Wilhelmina, as well has a Red Siberian Husky called Vanya who loves nothing better than joining Jo on her ski trips!

    Emma joined the Willows Vet Group in 2007 and really enjoys interaction with customers in addition to their pets and runs a number of nurse clinics from the practice. At home Emma owns a Domestic Short Hair Cat called Guinness, who she hand reared from 2 days old when he was brought into the surgery. We think Guinness must be extremely grateful for Emma’s dedication, although Emma tells us he can be very cheeky and unique!
