Why Choose Beech House Vets?

We aren’t the only vets in Warrington – so why choose us? Find out how we aim to be the best vet for you and your pet.

We understand that choosing a vets can be hard – your pet is a part of your family and you want the very best for them. At the end of the day as Vets, Nurses and Veterinary Support Team we all love pets and want to provide them with excellent health care. So when all vets are promising the same, how do you pick the right vet for you?

At Beech House Veterinary Centre we believe it’s the little things that really can make a big difference. We aim to make every pet’s experience at the vets a pleasant one for all involved and it’s with this in mind that we have adopted our four key principles; Expertise, Tailored, Experience and Value.

The Willows Veterinary Group - Beech House (Web) 008

At Beech House Veterinary Centre, our vets have a wealth of knowledge and experience which is shared across all of our branches. With this combined knowledge and experience, we are confident that we can put your mind at ease by providing you with the best possible treatment options for your pet.

We aim to tailor any treatment we offer to the specific needs of our patients and clients. We understand that treating your pets can be costly, that is why we aim to provide you with the best possible treatment to suit you, your budget and level of insurance coverage. Knowing our patients and clients helps us to advise and recommend products suitable/appropriate for them.

We believe that experience is crucial. Firstly, our team’s collective professional experience means that we can offer you and your pet the best possible service and care. However we also believe there is another form of ‘experience’ which makes us the best vet for your pet, and that’s the experience of being a pet owner. Our staff are all passionate pet owners, which means we understand the worry and stress that comes when your pet becomes ill or injured.

At Beech House Vets, we understand that providing outstanding veterinary care should be affordable so that all pet owners have access to the best care for their pets. We aim to provide a competitively tailored service for every pet based on their individual circumstances.

    In the community

We love to get involved – being a local community vet is central to our ethos. We regularly get involved in all pet related aspects in the local community, from fun dogs shows, to school visits, career fairs and raising money for local charities.

Dog Shows

As part of our continued commitment to charitable causes, we run a Dogshow Roadshow. The Roadshow is available, free of charge, for local charities, community groups, schools and associations, and is a great way of raising funds.

We will:

  • Provide and set up a booking-in tent, complete with table and chairs
  • Provide and set up a dog show ring
  • Provide and set up a public address system – no electricity needed
  • Produce rosettes for each class, branded with your organisation’s logo and our logo
  • Give you goody bags for each class winner
  • Produce flyers for your event
  • Provide publicity in our magazine, newsletter, websites and social media pages.

We are limited to 20 roadshows per year on a first come, first served basis and subject to our availability.

School/Nursery Visits

Our school and nursery visits are fun-filled events and great for getting children interested in all things pet related. We can tailor our visits to your requirements or arrange interactive activities where we can get the children to find the microchip on our toy dog, or bandage his leg. We can show them ‘interesting’ things in jars – if they’re not squeamish and let them look at x-rays (you wouldn’t believe what dogs swallow), and even dress up as a vet.

We have worksheets for various abilities and ages and every child gets a sticker. Teachers will find that they are able to do a lot of follow up work and creative play following a visit from a vet. If you want to set up a ‘play’ vet clinic in the school or nursery following our visit we usually have some posters and veterinary materials to hand to help it look more realistic.

Careers Fairs

A career in the veterinary industry can be an extremely rewarding, but demanding role. Our presence at School/College careers fairs can be a great way to educate those interested in the veterinary care all about the highs and the lows. We can talk to students about the various job roles at a veterinary practice, from Kennel Nurse right through to Vet, the work entailed, likely pay, qualifications and training needed.
