Dr Amy Sutton
Clinical Director/Veterinary Surgeon
BVSc Cert AVP MRCVSAfter graduating from Liverpool Vet School in 2006, Amy worked at various mixed, small animal, charity and referral practices. She joined us in 2017, and has helped us move into great new premises and grow our emergency and out of hours service. She holds a certificate in advanced veterinary practice, and has a keen interest in soft tissue and orthopaedic surgery. Outside of work, she is kept busy with her three children and pets.
Dr Chris Jones
Veterinary Surgeon
BVSc MRCVSChris joined Willows Vet Group shortly after graduating from the University of Bristol in 2016. He joined Beech House the following year, and his main interests lie in surgery and radiography. Outside of work, you can often find him going for walks around Devon and the local peaks with his wife and their dog. When the weather allows it, he also loves cooking on one of his many barbeques.
Dr Debbie Jones
Veterinary Surgeon
BVSc MRCVSDebbie will be a familiar face to many, as she has been with Willows Vet Group for a number of years. She spends much of her time consulting, which has allowed her to build great relationships with many of our clients and their pets. When she’s not working, she enjoys taking her dogs, Nellie and Jed, for long walks in the country.
Dr Hannah Bills-Brown
Veterinary Surgeon
BVM&S CertAVP MRCVSHannah graduated from the University of Edinburgh in 2017, and joined us after completing her advanced practitioner certificate. She has since passed her synoptic exam in small animal internal medicine, and her clinical passions include endocrinology, gastroenterology, ultrasonography and emergency medicine. In her own time, she enjoys playing netball, taking care of her pets and going for walks with her husband and their dog.
Dr Daylene Ananthan
Veterinary Surgeon
BVSc MRCVSDaylene graduated from the University of Pretoria in South Africa in 2021, and spent a year working as a mixed practice vet before moving to the UK. She has a special interest in surgery and loves educating pet owners. Despite missing the sunshine and people from back home, she is really settling into the English lifestyle and enjoys long walks, days out shopping and travelling. She is also the proud owner of a dog called Saint.
Dr Jack Oldham
Veterinary Surgeon
BVM BVS MRCVSJack qualified from the University of Nottingham in 2021. After completing the Willows Vet Group new graduate scheme, he joined Lymm in June 2022. Jack enjoys all aspects of first opinion practice especially ultrasound and X-ray techniques.
Away from work, Jack enjoys playing rugby, photography and exploring the countryside with is Labrador puppy Ivy.
Dr Georgie Roberts

BVSc MRCVSBorn and raised in Cheshire, Georgie joined us after graduating from the University of Liverpool in 2022, having trained at several Willows practices. She enjoys all aspects of her job, but has a particular passion for dermatology, nutrition and preventative medicine. Her favourite hobbies include hiking, swimming and travelling.
Morgan O’Mahony

BVSc MRCVSAfter graduating from the University of Liverpool in 2018, Morgan gained experience at a busy 24-hour veterinary hospital. She enjoys all aspects of her role, but has a keen interest in small animal surgery, an area which she is working towards an advanced veterinary practitioner certificate in. She has two dogs called Gilbert and Gertrude.

BVSc MRCVSLaura graduated from Liverpool University in 2016, after which she worked at a small animal clinic in Nantwich and as an emergency vet at Vets Now. She is part of our fantastic team of night vets, and loves the variety and fast paced nature of emergency work. In her own time, she enjoys going for walks in Delamere Forest with her family.
Claire Hayes
Practice Manager
RVNClaire qualified as a registered veterinary nurse in 1999, after which she worked at a mixed practice in Shropshire. She joined us in 2002 and spent 15 years as our head nurse, a role which she thoroughly enjoyed, before becoming our practice manager. Outside of work, she loves spending quality time with her husband and daughter and planning family holidays.
Sarah Cunningham

RVNSarah began her veterinary nursing career in Staffordshire, and has been with Willows Vet Group since 1991. She became our head nurse in 2004, and progressed to practice manager in 2018. She loves supporting Beech House and the wider Willows team, and spends much of her free time holidaying, doing craft activities and walking her dog, Kenny.

She has been our head nurse since 2022 and is also a clinical coach, supporting veterinary nursing students within the Willows. She has a particular interest in inpatient care and medical cases, and loves spending time with her family, friends and dog.

RVNMichaela joined us as a receptionist in 2015, before going on to qualify as a registered veterinary nurse four years later. She now works as part of our night team, which has allowed her to pursue her passion for emergency medicine and critical care. Outside of work, she is a busy mum of two boys and hopes to get a pet of her own one day.
Kate Thorbinson
Registered Veterinary Nurse
RVNKate joined us in 2019, and qualified as a registered veterinary nurse two years later. She has a passion for surgery, and having completed a CPD course in schedule-three surgery (surgery nurses can legally undertake), she is confident performing minor surgeries such as stitch-ups and some lump removals. In her own time, she enjoys travelling, camping and taking care of her own pets.
Jess Lawson

RVNBefore joining our team in 2020, Jess worked in the charity sector, as a kennel assistant and as a volunteer at a dolphin conservation project in Athens. Her clinical passions include inpatient care, nutrition, weight clinics and senior pet care, and she loves forming special bonds with her patients and supporting nursing students. She also has a dog called Ted.

RVNAbi joined Willows Vet Group in 2013, and qualified as a registered veterinary nurse four years later. Her main clinical interests lie in wound management and surgery, and she loves teaching nursing students as part of her role as a clinical coach. When she’s not working, she enjoys swimming, walking, camping with her family and taking care of her own pets.

RVNBefore qualifying as a registered veterinary nurse in 2023, Alex studied biology at university and completed an internship at Auckland Zoo. Her favourite part of her job is reuniting pets with their owners after they’ve been hospitalised. Those happy, wagging tails get her every time! Away from work, she loves catching up with her friends and their pets.

RVNEvelyne joined our team in 2022, and has a particular interest in surgical nursing and anaesthesia. Working at Beech House has allowed her to pursue a varied and interesting surgery and medicine caseload. She has a degree in equine science from Chester University, and enjoys riding her horse, Mouse, and looking after her dog, Rosie.
Lois Holden
Registered Veterinary Nurse
RVNLois has always wanted to work with animals, and qualified as a registered veterinary nurse (her dream job) in 2022. She enjoys nurse consults, as she gets to chat to our clients and advise them on a variety of pet care topics. She has a dog called Joey, and loves to unwind by grabbing a coffee and relaxing at home in front of the fire.

SVNEloise joined our team in 2021, and loves inpatient and medical cases, as she can provide lots of TLC to help pets achieve a speedy recovery. She is also one of our wellbeing champions, helping to organise events and activities for our team. In her spare time, she loves catching up with her friends and family and looking after her pets.

Animal Care Assistant
Ellie has been part of the Beech House team since 2023, and loves that no two days are the same. She has a particular interest in inpatient care, and is keen to pursue veterinary nursing in the future. Outside of work, she loves going on long walks in the fresh air and taking care of her cat, Henry.
Reba Russell
Student Veterinary Nurse
SVNReba joined our team in 2023, and loves inpatient care and nurse consultations, where she gets to meet our lovely clients and their pets. In her spare time, she volunteers for Warrington Animal Welfare, where she helps organise fundraising events. She has three rabbits and two dogs of her own, and is a keen fosterer, helping pets find forever homes.
Chloe Roberts Corbett

SVNChloe studied equine and sports science at university, and joined us as a veterinary care assistant in 2023. She is working towards qualifying as a registered veterinary nurse, and has a particular interest in inpatient care, anaesthesia and theatre work. In her own time, she enjoys going to the gym, walking, eating lovely food and taking care of her own pets.

Competent Vet Dispenser and Bronze BVRA Customer Service AwardJo is part of the administration team at Beech House Veterinary Centre and is our in-house credit controller. Jo loves that every day is different and the team ethos. At home, Jo owns a Husky called Laika and two rescue cats called Cleo and Wilhelmina. In her spare time, Jo loves to go skiing and always tries to take Laika to the snow in the Alps.
Emma Caswell
Office Administrator
Emma joined the Willows Vet Group in 2007 and really enjoys interaction with customers in addition to their pets and runs a number of nurse clinics from the practice. At home Emma owns a Domestic Short Hair Cat called Guinness, who she hand reared from 2 days old when he was brought into the surgery. We think Guinness must be extremely grateful for Emma’s dedication, although Emma tells us he can be very cheeky and unique!
Megan Evans
Animal Care Assistant
Before joining us in 2023 as a veterinary care assistant, Megan worked at a boarding kennels and cattery and as a dog groomer. She loves assisting inpatients, and would like to train as a registered veterinary nurse in the future. She shares her home with eight rescue dogs and a rescue cat, and is a trustee of her local dog rescue centre.

Kathryn loves the variety and dealing with different people and their pets. At home, Kathryn has a cat called Smudge who mostly likes to sleep all day and cause havoc at night.

BVSc MRCVSAlison graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in 2009 and has been with Willows Vet Group since 2017, having spent time at the Laurels before joining our out of hours team. She loves the varied and rewarding nature of out of hours work, and is currently working towards a general practitioner certificate in emergency medicine and critical care. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring the outdoors with her family and dog.
Clara Parr
Animal Care Assistant
Clara joined our team in 2023, and was inspired to pursue a career as part of a vet-led team after seeing how well looked after her own dog was at the vets. She hopes to give other pets and pet owners access to the same high levels of care. In her spare time, she enjoys going on walks (often with her friends’ dogs) and having cosy film nights at home.
